I completely finished the work on pictorial story for children about the world of small Nelly Butterfly. Now I have been working on Freddie and Fifi for children and on The Girl With a Crown of Shame for adults.

WHAT NELLY BUTTERFLY BELIEVES IN
Pictorial story about fantasy and beliefs of a little girl named Nelly Butterfly. Short texts written with big letters are primarily intended for small children who are learning reading. These short texts are accompanied with small-letter-text dedicated to adults who are listening to their children (and as all parents know, children in the first class are reading very very slowly) not to be bored. But in fact, the stories included are so timeless, full of godness and fantasy that the book is finally suitable for everyone, no matter whether you are six or sixty. The book is trying, with my typical bitter-sweet unworldliness, to reproduce the cogitation and view of a small girl, whose daddy had left her and her mum. The book is accompanied by big images to encourage child´s fantasy and the true human values.
FREDDIE AND FIFI
“Freddie THAT night slept poorly. In the middle of the night he had a nightmare in which a bugaboo that looked like this (picture) was flying around him. Additionally, THAT morning mum forgot to buy milk, so Freddie got a ROLL for breakfast instead of his favorite chocolate wheels and stars soaked in milk. Freddie hated rolls. Finally, THAT morning there was terribly cold outside and a strong wind was loudly unpleasant. Therefore Freddie came to kindergarten cranky. Seeing how a pink little girl, about her he knew only that her name was (probably) Fifi, was happily drawing, he was getting angry. He jumped up and tore her image. He did not know why he did it, he did not want to be meant, he was just angry and tired. When Fifi looked at him again, he saw that she was crying. Suddenly she was no more outrageously pink, she looked beautiful and sad. And in that moment Freddie recognized that he will always do everything to ensure that she will never cry again. Neither for him nor for anyone else. And that´s how Freddie met Fifi.”
